1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Archgram.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Archgram.io is an AI-powered architecture diagramming platform that allows users to create, edit, share, and collaborate on technical diagrams using Mermaid syntax and natural language AI generation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees at the frequency selected
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period ends
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to diagrams and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, AI models, templates, and documentation, is owned by Archgram.io and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content

7. AI-Generated Content

Diagrams generated by AI are provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated diagrams before use in production environments.

8. Team & Collaboration Features

When using team features:

• Team owners are responsible for managing access and permissions
• Shared diagrams may be viewed by all team members
• Team members' email addresses are protected and only visible to team admins

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For EU/EEA users, we act as a data controller. For team features, team owners may act as data controllers for their team members' data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archgram.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Archgram.io harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will delete your data within 30 days (unless required by law to retain it)
• You may request a data export before termination

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their local courts).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Archgram.io is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU users retain all rights under GDPR and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
