Collaboration & Presenting
Workspaces, real-time co-editing, comments, version history, presentation mode and generated documents.
Pro accounts can organise diagrams into workspaces, edit together in real time, discuss changes in comments, and present diagrams or turn them into documents and slides.
Workspaces and Teams
Workspaces (Pro) group diagrams in folders and carry their own sync settings and AI key. The Teams page lets you invite people by email and give each a role — viewer, editor or admin — alongside the owner. Viewers are read-only everywhere, including live editing. Invitations show up under Workspaces → Invitations.
Real-Time Co-Editing
Several people can edit the same diagram at once. You see each other's cursors and presence, and text formats merge character by character, so simultaneous typing does not overwrite anyone. Invite collaborators from the diagram's collaborator menu.
Comments
Open the comments panel (command palette: Toggle Comments) to leave threaded comments on a diagram. In Flow, comments support @mentions and notify the person you mention.
Version History
Every edit is recorded. Open Version history in the toolbar to jump back to an earlier state, and compare versions side by side. Format switches appear as named entries so you can undo a conversion.
Presentation Mode
Choose Present in the toolbar for a full-screen presentation of the diagram. Click a node to spotlight it and dim the rest; Esc exits. Presenter View (Pro, P) adds a timer and AI-written speaker notes on a second panel. Generate Slides (Pro) builds a deck from the diagram.
Generate Documentation
Save a diagram, then press Ctrl/⌘+Shift+D (or use the command palette) to generate a document from it. Choose a Technical Spec, Architecture Overview, API Reference, README or ADR.
