Signing in, plan limits, what Archgram stores and where to get help.
How signing in works, what each plan includes, what Archgram stores about you, and where to get help.
Signing In
- Email and password. Passwords need at least 10 characters. Confirm your email from the message we send, then sign in.
- Google. Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in page; no separate password is needed.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The link in the email works once and expires after an hour.
You can use the editor without an account; sign in to save diagrams, sync and use workspaces. If a confirmation or reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to support@archgram.io.
Plans and Limits
| Plan | Saved diagrams | AI credits | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic (free) | 5 | 20 / month | All five editors, templates, SVG and PNG export, share links, your own AI key |
| Plus — $7/month | Unlimited | 100 / month | C4 drill-down, cloud template library, Git sync |
| Pro — $15/month | Unlimited | 500 / month | AI Architect, autocomplete, workspaces with co-editing, repository scan, presenter view, Flow, Drive sync, picture to diagram |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited | Workspace AI provider, priority support. SSO/SAML, audit logs and an uptime SLA are on the roadmap, not available yet. |
At the diagram limit you can still open, edit, export and share what you have; creating a sixth diagram asks you to upgrade or delete one. When monthly AI credits run out, add your own AI key (see AI Features) or wait for the monthly reset. Manage billing or cancel from your profile with Manage Billing.
Your Data and Privacy
- Diagrams are stored in your account and are private unless you make a share link public; you can turn a link off at any time.
- Product analytics (which features are used) only run if you accept them in the cookie notice. Crash reports are always sent so we can fix errors, and they never include diagram content. The site also measures page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- AI requests send the diagram or text you are working on to the AI provider in use (ours, or yours if you brought a key).
- Delete My Account & Data in your profile removes your account and its diagrams. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the details.
